Yet vehicle care after the sale is often unclear. Owners are asked to approve bundled service packages, replacement parts and repairs without an itemised explanation of what is due and why.
Relatim is the vehicle advisor on the owner's side: we check nearby mechanic availability, get itemised quotes, and keep the decision with the owner before work starts.
Our goal is simple: transparent vehicle care for India's car and two-wheeler owners, with service records that make the next decision easier.

BiswadeepFounder & CEO of Relatim
Biswadeep has spent more than half a decade working with automotive businesses across states and brands, building and scaling SaaS solutions for the industry while at a global insurer. He repeatedly saw owners struggle to understand what their vehicles needed, what a repair should cost and which work they should approve.
He founded Relatim as a vehicle advisor: owners can check itemised quotes, approve work before it starts and keep a record of what was done. Owners pay the mechanic directly, and Relatim charges them nothing to check. Garages use separate partner tools to respond clearly and manage the work they accept.
