Welcome to Relatim, an AI-powered SaaS platform for automotive businesses operated by Indria Private Limited ("Relatim," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Relatim's products, demos, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By using Relatim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the dealership or business you represent.

Relatim is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate and updated information when creating or managing your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to use Relatim only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Relatim without permission.
• Use the Services to send spam, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Misuse Relatim's AI features to generate offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems, security, or other users.

Your use of Relatim is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You own the business data you provide to Relatim. We process it only to deliver and improve the Services.

We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement.

If you access Relatim's public demo:

• Demo inputs (such as messages, prompts, or interactions) may be stored and used to improve our AI models and services.
• Demo outputs are for testing only and should not be relied on for real business decisions.

Paid plans are billed as agreed during signup.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Relatim may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

We strive to keep Relatim online and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, and we may update or discontinue Services at any time.

Relatim and its content (software, AI systems, branding, etc.) are owned by Indria Private Limited.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Relatim for your business, subject to these Terms.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, branding, or software is prohibited.

Relatim uses AI (including partner LLM providers) to generate insights and responses.

Outputs may not always be accurate or complete.

You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

You may stop using Relatim at any time, subject to providing prior notice as required under your contract agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Misuse the Services, or
• Fail to pay applicable fees.

In all cases, termination will follow the notice periods and obligations set out in your subscription or service agreement, unless immediate suspension is required for legal, security, or misuse reasons.

Relatim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Indria Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Relatim.

Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indria Private Limited, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Relatim after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
