Relatim is a consumer service for vehicle owners. The company behind the brand is Indria Private Limited, based in Bangalore. The public product is not dealership software. It is a WhatsApp layer that matches someone who has a car or a bike with a verified mechanic nearby — when that help is actually available.
The problem worth building for
India’s vehicle base is huge. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is still a phone tree and a neighbour’s cousin. Directories pretend coverage they do not have. Relatim’s bet is that matching — verified professionals, honest availability, booking on WhatsApp — is the layer that was missing, especially in dense corridors like east Bangalore.
How we are rolling it out
We add an area when we know the PINs, landmarks and what actually breaks there. Bangalore is live. Marathahalli, AECS Layout and Whitefield have their own area pages. Varthur and HAL sit on that same belt. We will not claim a coverage map we cannot stand behind.
Unit economics the owner can feel
Vehicle owners pay Relatim nothing to find someone. They pay the mechanic for work, after a confirmed estimate. Use the Relatim app or WhatsApp. Garages can join the network on a separate partner channel. Those choices are intentional: low friction on the demand side, a network on the supply side.
